well, someone is very keen- well done. I found this meeting a very clam and composed one and wonder whether 2/3 things might be contributing to that-
1)the activity in the revision of two sets of unit standards and the rats+mice, recently, also the understanding that the qualifications themselves have begun the revision process;
2) the composition of the group- ie who attended and why- I wouldn't dare to hazard a guess why most of us were there, but for me it is a regular way of connecting with others and getting a feel for the important issues and alas I think they are about compliance and sufficiency and moderation- although look how well received the presentation from Liz Bowen-Clewley was, so I may be quite wrong.
I think other venues are the true professional discussion arenas, although I would dearly love at least one "informative and challenging" presentation or workshop at each meeting.
Congratulations to Andy and Fiona for a very smooth meeting indeed.
